About Us

Social City Events was created by the husband and wife duo of Chris & Lauren Surber.  The company was founded two years after they met for the first time on a St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl in 2009 in Charlotte, NC.  Chris was born and raised in Ohio and attended Ohio University.  He convinced Lauren to move back to Ohio and start a business based on the event that brought them together. 

Social City's signature event is an annual St. Patrick’s Pub Crawl.  This event has grown into the largest St. Patrick’s Pub Crawl in Ohio, and one of the largest in the country!  Chris & Lauren would like to sincerely thank everyone who has attended one of their events, and they hope to see you all again soon!​
