• YES, YOU CAN SWITCH GROUPS TO JOIN FRIENDS!  We want everyone to crawl with their friends, so if end up with different schedules, just pick the one you like best and go with it!  

• Most schedules are being emailed at 3:30pm on Friday 3/12, so please check your inbox, spam, and trash folders for the email.  If you purchase last minute on Friday, 3/12 your schedule will be emailed later that night or early on Saturday, 3/13.  Don't worry, you will get it before the crawl starts!

• If you purchased multiple tickets with the same email address, you will be the only one who get the schedule.  Make sure you save it and share it with your friends!

• The Group #s are really important because it allows us to spread the crawl out evenly amongst the bars, so there is no overcrowding at some of the smaller bars.  Please try to stick to your schedule the best you can.

• You may need to improvise your schedule a little bit.  If there is a long line at a bar, you can skip it, and try to come back later.  We typically do not say this, but if you pass and empty bar that is not on the crawl you could also stop in and support them as well.

• Please save the schedule to your phone, or print it out, so you have it for the crawl!

It depends when you ordered your tickets.

• Ordered on or before March 7th:  YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN!   We mailed your shirt & koozie, and emailed your schedule, so you can just show up to your first scheduled bar and start crawling on Saturday!   REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR SHIRT...  IT IS YOUR TICKET!

• Order after March 7th:  You will need to sign in at Brothers from 11:00am-1:00 pm to pick up everything you need.  If you can not make it, and friend can sign in for you (They must have all your contact info and correct shirt size).  ***You will need to save your ticket to your phone, or have a printed ticket!***

• If you purchased your ticket on or before March 7th we will mail you everything you need (T-shirt, Koozie, Schedule, Etc) so you are ready to go, and do not need to sign in the day of the event.  

• If you order after March 7th you will need to sign in at Brothers from 11:00am-1:00 pm to pick up everything you need.

• Schedules will be emailed to attendees before the event.

• Your t-shirt gets you in bars for free, and access to all drink/food specials.

• Schedules will help prevent overcrowding in bars.  However, scheduling this year will be a little different due to COVID-19.  Please expect some lines and a little waiting at some bars.

• Getting from bar to bar is easy since they are all within easy walking distance of each other.

•  We crawl in any weather (rain or shine).

• NO.  We have a strict no refund policy.  We are mailing most of the shirts and other supplies this year, so all sales will be final.

• The only way this event could be postponed is if all participating venues are completely shut down.  In this very unlikely scenario, the event will be rescheduled for a future date when the venues can safely be reopened.

• If you have a Ticket Voucher do not use the Eventbrite App.  The App is having technical issues, so try using a normal website browser.  If you have other questions, please see our VOUCHERS page.

• Sign in will be mostly contactless this year.  Most of you will receive everything you need in the mail before the event.  This will prevent any long lines that normally occur during a traditional sign in process.

• Ticket sales will be limited this year, so the event does not exceed the maximum capacity for participating venues.  Health and safety regulations are constantly changing, so we will be closely monitoring this situation.

• All participants must follow all health and safety regulations set by the State of Ohio and each individual venue. 

• Ticket vouchers issued from last year do NOT expire, so if someone does not feel comfortable attending this event they can wait to attend a future event.  They may choose to order a ticket just to have their supplies mailed to them at no additional cost.  That way they can still celebrate St. Patrick's Day however they choose while wearing their new awesome shirt!

• Tickets are ONLY available through our website and our Eventbite ticketing page!  We have no association with any other companies like Groupon, Living Social, BarCrawls.com or Crawl4Cancer.

• Buying online ($30) guarantees you  get a ticket and the correct shirt size.

•  There are a lot of copycat events out there, so make sure your tickets are for 10TH ANNUAL ST. PATRICK'S PUB CRAWL "REMIX". 

• YES.  The t-shirt is your ticket.  It gets you into the bars for free and access to drink specials.  If you do not wear it, you must have it with you at all times!

• We always use lightweight shirts that are super soft & comfortable, so you will want to wear them again after the crawl as well.

• YES/NO.   Our schedules are important, but this year you may be required to improvise, and kind of create your own schedule.

• They help prevent overcrowding in bars and waiting in long lines, but that will be much harder to prevent this year with all the restrictions in place.

• You can switch groups to join up with friends who are in a different group, but it is best to try to stay on one schedule throughout the day. 

• You may need to improvise a little this year.  If a bar has a long line you can skip it and come back later.  We do not typically support bars that are not on our crawl, but this year we think everyone could use the support.  Feel free to stop in a less crowded bar even if they are not on our event.

• XS - 5XL.  However, we can order larger sizes if you contact us before March 1st.

• Sizes 4XL and larger will be a slightly different material and color.

• NO.  This event is a social gathering for people who like to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and have a great time.  If you do drink alcohol please please drink responsibly!

• NO.  Social City Events is a for-profit business.  However, we have worked with various charities and non-profits throughout the years, so please contact up if you are interested in working together.
